Come sanno bene tutti coloro che visitano il ns. sito internet: www.leganavaleamalfi.it, la ns. Sezione offre gratuitamente, a tutti, le immagini in diretta, 24/24H, di Amalfi e del suo mare con ben tre webcams live in HD.
Il servizio è iniziato come meteo-webcam, per aiuto ai diportisti, nel lontano 1999, prima webcam in assoluto in costiera amalfitana.
Successivamente, con l'avvento di nuove tecnologie e di linee internet più veloci, al posto delle immagini fisse è subentrata la diretta video, che permette di vedere in tempo reale Amalfi ed il suo mare.
Ancora dopo, sono state installate ben tre webcams in HD, di cui una che mostra, sempre in diretta, anche la splendida piazza Duomo di Amalfi, con la cattedrale ed il campanile.
I costi di acquisto, gestione e manutenzione del servizio sono rilevanti e, sinora, sono stati offerti, sempre gratuitamente, dalla Sezione, che si è fatta carico di tutto.
E' ns. intenzione di continuare a fornire gratuitamente il servizio sia ai naviganti che giungono ad Amalfi, ma anche ai tanti, amalfitani e non che, vivendo lontano, hanno piacere di vedere il loro paese di origine o quello in cui sono stati in vacanza o che visiteranno a breve.
Ma i costi crescenti ci impongono di cercare un contributo per far fronte alle spese rilevanti che sosteniamo.
Oltre a chi fosse interessato a sponsorizzare il ns. sito, ci rivolgiamo a tutti gli utenti.
Chi fosse interessato ed abbia voglia, potrà fornire un contributo effettuando un bonifico all'IBAN in appresso indicato.
Il contributo è libero, e potrà, se si ha voglia, essere ripetuto ogni anno.
Basta scrivere nella causale "Contributo webcams Amalfi" oltre al proprio nome e cognome.

How well they know all those who visit our website: www.leganavaleamalfi.it, the ns. Section offers free, to all, live images, 24 / 24H, of Amalfi and its sea with three webcams live in HD.
The service started as a weather webcam, for help to boaters, back in 1999, the first ever webcam on the Amalfi coast.
Subsequently, with the advent of new technologies and faster internet lines, instead of the still images the direct video has taken over, which allows to see in real time Amalfi and its sea.
Still after, three webcams were installed in HD, one of which shows, also live, the beautiful Piazza Duomo of Amalfi, with the cathedral and the bell tower.
The costs of purchase, management and maintenance of the service are significant and, so far, have been offered, always free of charge, by the Section, which took charge of everything.
It is ns. intention to continue to provide free service to both sailors who come to Amalfi, but also to the many, Amalfi and not, living far away, they are pleased to see their country of origin or the one they were on vacation or visiting short.
But rising costs require us to seek a contribution to meet the significant expenses we sustain.
